Tug toy

I was looking for a tug toy. What I have received doesn't match the picture. My German shepherd puppy has not taken to this toy. The plastic is a bit heavy for him and he keeps dropping it. There is not a rope loop for me to hold and there is not a ball for my puppy to grab.
