My dog doesn't bring things back so we've been advised start from scratch with this toy. So far she's doing well as she's really tasty food orientated. We're only at about 6 feet but that's 6 feet more than before! I put some scotch egg in which got messy but it's easy to clean, I used a soft toothbrush to get food out of the velcro and it dried in the airing cupboard overnight. Good value training toy
