In the UK, the Control of Dogs Order 1992 states that any dog in a public place must wear a collar with the name and full address of the owner engraved or written on it, or engraved on a tag. Your telephone number is optional, but we highly recommend this.
Unsure what to have engraved on your pet’s identification tag, need some guidance?
As a minimum, you should include your surname, first line of your address, and postcode on one side of the tag. This is all that is required to ensure your Dog Tag complies with UK law.
Size Guide: Small to fit collars 10-18mm wide. Large to fit collars 18-25mm wide.
